How The Process Works
A structured process designed for fast, controlled execution
- Initial discussion and scope definition
- Quote approval
- Deposit payment
- Client supplies content and assets
- Design and build phase
- Revision rounds
- Final approval
- Final payment
- Launch
Revisions
Each package includes a limited number of revision rounds. A revision round means
one set of feedback sent after reviewing the current version of the work.
That works best when feedback is gathered clearly and sent in one go. If a project
goes beyond the included revision rounds, or if the direction changes significantly
after work has already been approved, additional time will be quoted separately.
Timelines
Build timelines typically range from 1 to 3 weeks once content, assets, and
approvals are in place. Delays in content or feedback will extend timelines accordingly.
Timelines depend on project size, communication speed, and how quickly content and
approvals are provided. Delays in content, feedback, or access will affect the schedule.
If a project is left inactive for an extended period, we may need to reschedule it based on availability.
Payment & Terms
Simple payment structure, clearly defined scope.
Standard50% deposit to begin
Final balance50% before launch
Larger projects40% / 30% / 30% staged payments
Work starts once the deposit has been received. Final files, handover, or launch
only happen once the remaining balance has been paid in full.
Out of scope requests
If new requests come up that were not part of the agreed scope, we’ll flag them clearly
before doing the work.
- Adding extra pages
- Changing the structure after approval
- Rewriting large amounts of copy
- Adding new features or integrations
- Changing the design direction late in the project
Cancellations, refunds, ownership
Payments already made are non-refundable once work has started. Deposits are non-refundable
once the project is underway, and payments for completed or approved work are also non-refundable.
Once the final invoice has been paid in full, the client owns the final approved website
deliverables unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We retain the right to show the project in our portfolio and to use screenshots or links
for self-promotion unless confidentiality has been agreed in advance.
